The historic Jefferson Blvd became a cultural hub for Latinos starting in the mid-20th century.

As Latino families settled in Oak Cliff, they opened small businesses — transforming what was once a declining street into a vibrant center for culture, commerce, and community. Today, Jefferson Blvd is known for its rich blend of restaurants, cultural landmarks, and small businesses that reflect decades of resilience.

Copa de Cliff honors that legacy — bringing soccer, mezcal, lowriders, and tradition together in a one-day celebration of everything Jefferson Blvd has always been.
